Strength. The single easiest no-account route to per-site ocean-colour CSV. Pattern: server/griddap/dataset.csv?var[(t1):(t2)][(lat1):(lat2)][(lon1):(lon2)].

Weakness. Servers disagree about latitude axis direction - ask the wrong way round and you get HTTP 200 with an empty CSV and no error. Daily products over long windows time out.

Use it for. OC-CCI monthly and MODIS 8-day answered from this network. Both DAILY VIIRS endpoints timed out. Chunk daily requests by year and always run 00_verify_sources.py first.
