Algae Dataset
Every data hub, dataset, sensor, variable, paper and limitation in one tree — and for each: where it comes from, how far back it goes, how often it captures, why it belongs in a cholera study, and why it does not work everywhere.

Choosing a site greys out everything that does not apply there.

MONTHLY
- Which sensors
- ESA OC-CCI v6 merged chlorophyll, 4 km, 1997 to present.
- Which sites
- Chakaria directly. Matlab and Dhaka as regional forcing only.
Is it defensible? The ONLY cadence every site supports for the full 2000–2026 window. Jutla et al. 2012 measured lag-1 autocorrelation of 0.20 for daily 9 km chlorophyll — monthly is not a compromise, it is the correct scale.
